Your Role:

We're seeking a talented individual to complete our Accounting team in Vilnius. As part of this dynamic team, you'll be responsible for:

• Applying accounting principles and managing AR/GL and AP, when needed, tasks for designated business units.
  
• Executing timely month-end and year-end closing activities.
  
• Ensuring the quality of accounting and reporting procedures in compliance with IFRS and OAP.
  
• Conducting accurate balance sheet reconciliations.
  
• Processing and authorizing journals within agreed deadlines.
  
• Contributing to finance process development projects, suggesting new ideas, and driving continuous process improvements.
  
• Handling finance-related queries efficiently.
  

Requirements:

To excel in this role, you'll need:

• Higher education in Accounting/Finance/Economics (preferred).
  
• Minimum of 1 year of accounting experience, preferably in an international company.
  
• Knowledge of IFRS accounting/reporting.
  
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  
• Strong analytical abilities.
  
• Full professional proficiency in English (level B2 or above).

Monthly salary range for this position: 1850 EUR – 2250 EUR (before tax deduction). The final offer will depend on the experience and competencies of the selected candidate.
