Job description
- General accounting with wide variety of tasks, according to statutory and company’s internal requirements
- Payroll calculation and execution
- Calculation of bonuses and hourly/monthly salary payments
- Preparation of bank payments
- Providing support on monthly/quarterly/annual reporting
- Administration of documents and supporting Finance Manager in other tasks based on the need
- Providing support for company employees with questions related to accounting, payroll and other data
- Other responsibilities set by the manager
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Finance/Accounting
- 1+ year accounting experience in Finance department
- Excellent Lithuanian language skills (C1) and great knowledge of English language
- Knowledge of Navision, Personalo skaita or other software
- Usage of MS Office, Excel, cash flow management
- Strong analytical skills
- Stress resistance
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, including the ability to collaborate with other people and company departments
- Strong decision-making skills
- Ability to adapt to changes
- Positive and team-oriented thinking
