Accounting Specialist

Keeping complete accounting records for Lithuanian companies and assisting in the accounting of foreign companies;
Participation in timely monthly and yearly closings;
Calculation of payroll, preparation of declarations, and submission to the relevant institutions;
Calculation of taxes and preparation of tax declarations, including but not limited to VAT;
Statutory reporting – involvement in the preparation and submission of monthly and annual financial statements in accordance with local and group standards;
Liaising with external institutions and auditors;
Execution of other duties as assigned by the CFO.

Higher education;
Minimum 2 years of professional experience as an accountant or similar position, preferably gained in an international company;
Knowledge of legal acts of the Republic of Lithuania regulating accounting, taxes and company activities, and ability to apply them in direct work;
Effective written and spoken communication skills in English;
Preparation of tax returns and management of tax refund processes;
Ability to independently plan work and solve arising problems;
Initiative, proposal of solutions, innovativeness.
