Accounts Receivable Specialist

In this 8-month contract, you will handle accounts receivable tasks, including preparing, recording, verifying, analyzing, and reporting transactions. You'll also process vendor invoices, post customer payments promptly, and maintain/reconcile accounts receivable ledger accounts. Additionally, you'll analyze and reconcile bill runs to detect fraud, ensure verification procedures are followed, address low-volume customer billing, respond to queries, handle vendor inquiries, and reconcile outstanding accounts receivable payments.

Position responsibilities:

Researches analyzes, and resolves complex AR inquiries and issues about financial discipline.
Reviews and analyzes AR data and reports to ensure accuracy of data, providing feedback as necessary.
Interface directly with third-party customers and business line representatives on all billing-related matters.
Generates periodic reports; performs variance analysis.
Reviews and processes various receipts for customers, deposits, inter-company payments, etc.
Performs month-end and year-end financial close process responsibilities.
Performs integration activities from M&A activities.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in finance/economics, last year students are welcome.
Experience with MS Excel.
Strong written, and verbal English language skills.
Collaboration, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
Motivation to learn more and gain valuable international experience.

What we offer:

Salary is up to 2000 gross.
Hybrid/on-site working model.
