Job description
As a Product Owner of digital Anti-Money Laundering products, you will be responsible for the development and management of AML-related products and solutions. This role involves close collaboration with various stakeholders, including compliance, IT, operations, and external regulatory bodies, to ensure that the organization's AML systems and processes are effective, efficient, and compliant with all relevant laws and regulations.Your responsibilities will range from initiating design work to presenting our vision to the developers, as well as providing timely feedback to their questions and issues raised.
Responsibilities:
· Work collaboratively with the management to identify future business trends, product needs, and execute product improvement and development
· Own a technical payment product area
· Prepare product requirements, features, and functionalities
· Maintain the knowledge required for our business and stay up-to-date with FinTech industry trends
· Work with UI/UX specialists to bring engaging user experiences
· Manage products through the entire product development life cycle
· Review existing processes and procedures to determine if there are any possible improvements

Skills to succeed in this position:
· Proven experience in AML product management (compliance tool integrations)
· Experience in documenting requirements
· Higher education degree in Business Development, Business Administration or simmilar field
· Collaboration and communication skills
· Proficiency in English (spoken and written)
· Ability to complete projects accurately and timely
· Detail-oriented personality with strong organizational skills
· Strong research and analytical skills
