We are looking for a goal-oriented AML Team Leader who will be responsible for leading a team of around 15 individuals for the assigned country in their daily work. Besides ensuring quality and delivery, you will also ensure the workforce has high job satisfaction and ongoing professional development.
Furthermore, you will be a member of a team with amazing managers and new team leaders who will support your efforts to develop both personally and professionally. Additionally, we are on the lookout for individuals who are committed to self-improvement and are not afraid to employ innovative AI tools in their daily work to drive progress.

Your key responsibilities:
- Lead, motivate and ensure team engagement in their daily work as well as provide support in continuous development of the team members;
- Distribute workload for the team while ensuring collaborative environment based on trust and open communication;
- Ensure professional, quality and effective execution of daily work of the team;
- Contribute to optimization & continuous improvement of AML processes;
- Successfully guide team through various changes while implementing new and optimising/improving existing processes;
- Expect to perform routine daily tasks using ChatGPT or a similar tool to enhance efficiency and productivity.
What we're looking for:
- 1+ year of experience in leadership and team management, preferably in a dynamic & fast paced environment;
- At least 2 years of previous work experience in KYC/AML field;
- Time management and organisational skills;
- Ability to work collaboratively and solve problems;
- Proactiveness to take initiative in implementing, optimising, and improving AML processes;
- Fluency in Lithuanian and English languages;
- Knowledge of Agile principles or work experience in Agile environment would be a plus;
- Proven familiarity and experience with AI tools like ChatGPT and other technologies, demonstrating a capability to seamlessly integrate these into daily tasks.
