Job description
Are you a compassionate and dedicated caregiver / nurse looking to make a positive impact on the lives of seniors? Happyhomecare is seeking experienced and caring in-home caregivers / nurses to join our team. We specialize in providing personalized and high-quality care to seniors in the comfort of their own homes.

- Compensation from € per day (depending on the client's condition, education, experience, type of contract, etc.)

- Setting up a care plan for the client together with the CG

- 24/7 advice when working with the client (emergencies)
- Insurance and reimbursement of transport up to 150 euros/one way = 300 euros in total

- Each caregiver is entitled to 16 hours of free time per week, during which can leave the client's home
Requirements
- CG certificate / healthcare education (diploma)
- Professional and team approach
- Active trade/business license
- Experience in nursing / health care
- Knowledge of at least one foreign language at a communicative level (English, German, Dutch)
- Reporting on the health status of the client
- Willingness to continually educate in the healthcare field
- Work permit in the NL or EU citizenship

Salary
85-110 €/day net
Our pay structure considers various factors:
Care Intensity: Compensation varies based on the level of care required, ensuring fair pay for specialized or intensive care. Experience: Experienced caregivers are valued and may qualify for higher pay rates. Additional Skills: Caregivers with certifications (e.g., dementia care, CPR) may receive higher pay. Shift Differentials: We offer extra pay for non-standard hours like evenings, weekends, and overnights. Performance Bonuses: Outstanding caregivers may be eligible for performance-based bonuses.
