- managing of projects related to property administration, finding rental properties and there preparation.
- organizing the management of all rental contracts.
- planning administration and maintenance of real estate owned and leased by the company.
- preparing of procurements for the purchase of assets in cooperation with a procurement specialist.
- ensuring efficient use of real estate premises. Organize and manage changes in the layout of warehouse.
- providing the necessary household goods, order them and confirm the bills.
- ensuring successful cooperation with suppliers of goods and services.
We will be happy if you
- have previous work experience in asset specialist or similar role.
- have strong MS Office skills.
- have a strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- have ability to take responsibility and make decisions independence, planning and organisation, negotiation and persuasive skills
- have a great verbal and written communication skills in Lithuanian and English at a communicative level (Russian would be an advantage).
