- Quality customer service, sale of car cleaning center services,
- Work distribution and assistance to car wash workers, staff control;
- Continuous monitoring of task performance;
- Sales of cleaning services and goods (work with cash registers: cash and bank card operations, invoicing, concluding agreements with business customers, administration);
- Periodic orders for essential work equipment, chemicals;
- Solving problem situations;
- Ensuring cleanliness and order and smooth operation of the car wash
Employee requirements
- Interest in cars, related cleaning services (chemical cleaning, polishing, etc.);
- Work experience in the field of customer service, ability to properly and attractively present a product or service;
- Excellent customer service, communication skills, knowledge of etiquette;
- Excellent knowledge of the Lithuanian language, Russian is an advantage;
- Good time planning skills, quick orientation, organizational skills;
- Diligence and attention to details, responsibility;
- Category B driver's license and good driving skills (required)
