Clearshift created an innovative model of international transfers based on clarity at a low price. Active since 2012 in Israel and in US since 2015, Clearshift is now focusing on offering its services to Europe.

The company believes in empowering their customers and allowing them to take back control of their finances and is currently looking for ambitious B2B Sales Specialists to join their international team in Vilnius.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Prospect and generate business leads through various channels, including cold calling, networking, and referrals.
  • Conduct thorough needs assessments to understand clients' requirements and challenges.
  • Present and demonstrate Clearshift's products and services to potential business clients.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure high levels of satisfaction and retention.
  • Negotiate and close sales agreements, ensuring terms are favourable for both the client and Clearshift.
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Fluency in Lithuanian and English languages.
  • Strong negotiation and closing abilities (if none – let’s learn together!).
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
  • Self-motivated with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field (preferred but not required).
