What you will be doing
Customer Account and Reporting Operations provides a world-class service to Swedish customers. We take care of customers’ accounts and services related to them, investigate unclear payments, support Swedish Authorities with the information they need, and etc.
We have a high focus on processes automation thus we enable robots and scripts to help us in our daily work.
Here is also an ability to meet other competent and creative people, develop new skills by being a part of various communities, such as tutors, continuous improvement, scripters, or processes areas specialists.

As a Bank Operations Specialist you will be responsible for:
Opening or closing customers’ accounts
Updating customers’ information in the systems
Providing different types of reports to Customers
Investigation of payments
Collaboration with colleagues across SEB group to solve daily issues and deviations
Participation in process automation and development initiatives
Contribution to our learning culture by sharing your knowledge with colleagues.

Monthly salary range for this position: 1600 - 2500 EUR before tax deduction. The final offer will depend on the experience and competencies of the selected candidate. The overall remuneration package consists of the salary together with other benefits.
