Filipino Cafe in Kaunas, Lithuania, is currently looking for a skilled and passionate Barista to join our team. Our cafe is dedicated to showcasing the vibrant flavors and culture of the Philippines through our delicious beverages and culinary creations.

Job Responsibilities:

• Prepare and serve a variety of coffee and beverages with precision and artistry
  
• Provide exceptional customer service by taking orders and engaging with patrons
  
• Ensure the cleanliness and organization of the coffee station and cafe area
  
• Contribute to a positive and welcoming atmosphere for our customers

Requirements:

• Previous experience as a barista is preferred but not required
  
• Knowledge of coffee preparation techniques and latte art is a plus
  
• Strong communication skills and a friendly demeanor
  
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
  
• Interest in Filipino cuisine and culture is desirable
