We are looking for experienced food technologist who could take B&P Line Leader (Brewing & Mixing) role in our Brewery at Utena, Lithuania. Working at largest brewery in Baltic states provides an opportunity to develop your professional skills and career within international Carlsberg group environment and culture. What you'll be doing?
- Responsible for all process and people from raw material intake until fermentation department
- Implement group and local b/p initiatives within department
- Technological documentation and recipes management
- Coordinate production processes in mixing area
- Collaboration with B/P Manager, Fermentation/ Filtration Line Lead, internal stake holders
- Delivery of agreed upon production plans
- Drive performance gaps closure and continuous improvement of KPIs through effective use of Carlsberg Excellence
- Actively participate as part of management to develop and implement b/p standards as well as Carlsberg standards
- Ensure department operates safely and within requirements.
- Understand best practice, food hygiene, and safety standards
What we're looking for?
- University degree in chemical engineering, food technology, or equivalent
- 2-3 years experience in a production environment, preferably brewing
- Experience in statistics, process control tools, and LEAN management
- Strong user in MS office required (SAP experience a plus)
- Ability to work well in a team as well as individually
- Fluent in Lithuanian and strong skills in English language
