The opportunity
When you join EY Consulting team, you’ll do more than just advise businesses, you’ll collaborate with key decision-makers to help them make better choices. You will be involved in large-scale major organizational transformation projects in healthcare, education, security, transportation, energy, banking, and other industries on large-scale, significant, and challenging projects with public sector institutions and major companies in the Baltics and beyond.
Your key responsibilities
- Assist and contribute to Business consulting projects aiming to improve organizations in transformation architecture, experience design, business design and transformation execution to problem-solve, design and deliver large scale, multi-year, multi-stakeholder transformation programs.
- Analyze business processes, help in developing financial models, assist in improvement of performance of various functions within various organizations.
- Establish relationships with teams & client personnel at appropriate levels when needed.
- Develop your professional knowledge and experiences.
- Possess good business acumen.
Attributes to thrive in the role
- Bachelor’s degree in relevant fields such as computer science, information systems, engineering, or business administration.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- A high level of interpersonal skills for communication and collaboration, crucial for an international team setting.
- Proven ability to lead, provide feedback, and promote growth among junior team members.
- Resilience and dedication to excel professionally, with a resourceful and innovative mindset.
- Ability to maintain efficiency and foster a team-oriented environment under pressure.
- Ideally, if you’ll also have experience in business processes analysis, financial modelling, data analysis and building reports. Plus, experience in supervising and delegating tasks to other team members.
