The specific salary offered will depend on the candidate‘s experience, competencies displayed and suitability to the requirements of the position.
- Collecting, analyzing, and managing financial data and risks, while making recommendations on problem areas and control measures.
- Monitoring costs, analyzing data, making proposals, and overseeing the implementation of decisions taken.
- Participating in budgeting processes.
- Assisting in the financial planning and implementation of projects.
- Collaborating with accounting department and business managers to streamline and improve financial operations.
- Providing support and advice to functional managers on financial and budgetary matters.
- Taking part in ERP system implementation and improvement.
Our expectations
- University education (in the field of Economics, Finance).
- Work experience in business, financial analysis, or control for at least 3 years.
- Good understanding of accounting principles.
- Analytical mindset, accuracy, and ability to handle complex stakeholder requests.
- Positive attitude, openness, practical approach, and a strong focus on results.
- Excellent English and good Lithuanian knowledge. Knowledge of the Russian language is an advantage.
- Strong MS Excel skills. Experience with Microsoft AX, Qlikview, SAP, SQL is an advantage.
