As a Chief Financial Officer, you will be responsible for:
- Managing and developing accounting team capacity to ensure effective financial management function.
- Management and control of the financial flows of the company.
- Financial reporting with timely and accurate financial information regularly (Consolidated financial statements).
- Development of financial strategy and financial plans.
- Formation of financial management accounting and implementation of accounting policies regarding the local state regulations and IFRS.
- Control financial performance and audit of financial processes.
- Carrying out planning, formation, forecasting, and budget execution.
- Development and management of a set of measures to reduce financial costs.
- Participate in the holding company's development process.
- Identification and elimination of deficiencies in the economic structure of a company.
- Ensuring progressive development of financial analysis, planning and accounting tools.
Requirements:
Experience 5+ years as CFO, with experience in international, multilayered company structure.
Experience in managing financial department teams with both accounting and analytical responsibilities.
Education: higher (finance, economics).
Knowledge of IFRS and financial management accounting systems and implementation of accounting policies in the company.
Knowledge of methods for analyzing and assessing the financial performance of organizations.
Knowledge of financial performance planning and budgeting.
Knowledge of English, Russian at not lower than B2.
