Job Description

  • Contribute to all aspects of the global Compensation and Benefits practice development and implementation.
  • Support people managers regarding queries on job descriptions, job titles and compensation.
  • Communicate Compensation and Benefits programs to stakeholders with a call to action and educate the wider audience on.
  • Participate in market surveys and monitor market trends / developments in the Compensation and Benefits area.
  • Work with HR teams by engaging them into Compensation and Benefits related projects.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or other relevant field.
  • Fluent English, both written and spoken.
  • Proficiency with MS Office tools, especially Excel.
  • 3 years of experience with support of Human Resources processes in international environment.
  • Experience with Compensation and Benefits processes (job matching and salary benchmarking, employee benefits management) will be an advantage.
  • Proven analytical and reporting skills.
