- Preparation of documents (orders, letters, etc.), preparation of contracts, execution control.
- Communication and negotiations with customers, suppliers, receiving requests, managing the customers database.
- Communication with the institutions of the foreign country regarding the company's activities.
- Analysis of data on company activity, preparation of summary and internal reports.
- Preparation of information about the company.
- Planning and organization of events (presentations/presentations, etc.).
- Communication with personnel inside the company, HR management, document management.
- Assistance to the company manager in solving organizational and other issues.
Requirements for the possition
- Higher education (field of management, business administration would be an advantage)
- Successful experience of similar work for at least 3 years
- Excellent working skills in MS Office (Excel especially).
- Very good knowledge of English, ability to prepare documents and communicate with clients and government institutions in English.
- Knowledge of Russian would be an advantage.
- Excellent communication skills with different people, at different levels and in different situations.
- The ability to promptly respond to changes, independently organize one's work, coordinate activities, responsibility and the ability to make decisions.
