As a courier support specialist, you will be the most important part for our couriers, to solve their daily shipment questions on route and part of the biggest Operations department in company.

As a courier support specialist, you will be the most important part for our couriers, to solve their daily shipment questions on route and part of the biggest Operations department in company.

- to provide an accurate, fast and long-term solution to the courier during calls, in connection with the issues of parcel machines, parcel machine shipments, courier delivery and pick-up shipments or related to the operation of courier devices.
- daily remotely supervising and monitoring parcel machines, performing all the necessary actions to ensure the continuous operation of parcel machines.
- build friendly, open and solution-based communication with couriers, which creates positive feedback for long-term cooperation.
- registering the flow of all incoming messages and calls in certain systems.
- to establish active cooperation and communication between departments in connection with the daily provision of parcel machines operations.
- to provide support in solving various customer situations according to the established internal communication plan in cooperation with other departments (customer center, parcel machine support, delivery, etc.).
We will be happy if you
- have an analytical and critical thinking abilities to diagnose and resolve technic problems.
- are a strong collaborator with good communication skills, who could assist colleagues and internal partners in solving various problems.
- have an experience in customer support or a similar role.
- have good skills of MS Office programs to facilitate your daily tasks.
- proficiency in written and spoken Lithuanian; Russian and English at communication level.
