Description:
As a Customer Care Specialist (CCS), you take the daily responsibility of order handling within the OTD process when it is inside of agreed SCM rules. You can be nominated to specific segment as main task, but can handle all CSS tasks in your team. You work in close collaboration with your CS team and other OTD process team in company. Together you work to give each customer the best service we can provide based on our customer priorities. You will be the customer's daily contact in the daily flow with order handling, complaints, returns, logistics issues and other things that take place within the OTD process. You are thus the most important contact for the customer in the daily flow and are responsible for raising issues in order to ensure a disturbance-free daily flow and to provide conditions for us to have a satisfied customer.
Job responsibilities:
- You will work at Paroc customer service team, communicating daily with customers providing information about executing of orders, delivery products and other OTD processes.
- You will enter customer orders into the ERP system, coordinating OTD processes within the company.
Requirements:
- Higher or a university education.
- 1 year experience in customer service.
- Good knowledge of Latvian and English languages.
- Knowledge or experience in SAP is preferred.
- Strong communication skills.
- Customer oriented.
- Strong team player.
Salary
2200-2450 €/mon. gross
