Data Analyst

As a Data Analyst, you will collaborate closely with data engineers and stakeholders to identify and address business needs, ensuring we make decisions based on data analysis. Join the CyberCare AI Labs team – we create unique AI-powered solutions like chatbots and ticket bots, as well as multilingual support systems from scratch. Your input could make a big difference, shaping how we solve problems for millions of people around the world.

• Collect and manage large datasets from multiple sources.
• Ensure that our data is stored efficiently and is accessible for analysis.
• Develop and maintain dashboards and reports using tools such as Looker, Power BI, and Tableau.
• Translate complex data into clear, actionable insights.
• Analyze products and users behavior to generate insights.
• Provide recommendations to stakeholders to drive business decisions.
• Identify opportunities to improve data collection processes and analysis techniques.

Tools You Will Use

• Looker
• BigQuery
• Grafana

• Proven experience in data analysis, preferably in tech products and/or user behavior areas.
• SQL skills for querying and manipulating data.
• Ability to model data effectively and present findings clearly.
• Excellent stakeholder management skills to understand and address business needs.

Nice To Have

• Knowledge of Google Analytics, Power BI, Tableau, etc.
• Python
