ENE and CCS project manager(s)

UAB "Leonhard Weiss Lietuva" is part of the Leonhard Weiss group, whose main activity is the construction and management of infrastructure projects throughout Europe.

Position description
Organization of qualification recognition of group companies in Lithuania;
Preparation of the list of competences required for the implementation of energy contracting projects;
Monitoring of ongoing public procurements;
Initiating and supervising the preparation of commercial proposals;
Post-agreement project management.

Higher university education (preferably in the field of energy or communications);
Experience in the energy or communications sector is welcome;
Experience in managing projects funded by the EU or VB is welcome;
Knowledge and application of advanced project management models, project management based on the principle of formation of short-term and long-term goals/stages (KPI);
Experience and ability to effectively manage project risks;
Knowledge of FIDIC engineering contracts and EU support allocation and administration rules, guidelines defining the financial and economic evaluation of investment projects, methodologies for determining the financial and economic benefits of investment projects is welcome;
Fluent written and spoken Lithuanian language, good English language skills, MS computer skills;
Knowledge of Russian is an advantage.
