Join our Finance team and help drive smarter decision-making through financial analysis, reporting, automation, and AI-powered insights.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Prepare monthly financial and KPI reports with business insights.
- Monitor accounts receivable performance, overdue balances, and collection forecasts.
- Support annual budgeting and rolling forecast processes.
- Analyze actual vs. budget and forecast performance.
- Maintain and improve financial dashboards and reports in Power BI.
- Ensure data accuracy through ERP and reporting system reconciliations.
- Monitor data quality and coordinate corrective actions.
- Develop and continuously improve interactive dashboards and analytical solutions.
- Work with AI solutions provided by the organization to support data analysis and finance processes.
- Support ERP, reporting system, and data migration projects.
- Perform ad-hoc financial analyses and support management requests.
REQUIREMENTS
- Degree in Finance, Economics, Business Analytics, or a related field.
- Understanding of financial reporting, budgeting, and forecasting processes.
- Strong Excel skills and experience working with data.
- Experience with Power BI or similar BI tools.
- Analytical mindset and attention to detail.
- Interest in AI technologies and process automation.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
- Fluent English, both written and spoken.

- Salary range: 2500€ – 3100€ gross per month. As Ruptela is an equal opportunity workplace, the precise salary offered to the right candidate will be based on one’s qualifications, competencies, and professional experiences.
