What you will be doing:
You will be a member of Business Reporting Solutions Team in Finance and Risk Tribe. We are responsible for developing business intelligence (BI) solutions, which transform raw data from data warehouse into meaningful information, so business can get insights and make data driven decisions. You will learn about financial systems set-up, data flows, and lead treasury process quality check automation. You will analyse solutions in different SEB bank systems to understand Internal Funds Transfer Pricing (IFTP) requirements for various business products. The role will require interaction and collaboration across units within SEB.
What you will be doing:
You will be a member of Business Reporting Solutions Team in Finance and Risk Tribe. We are responsible for developing business intelligence (BI) solutions, which transform raw data from data warehouse into meaningful information, so business can get insights and make data driven decisions. You will learn about financial systems set-up, data flows, and lead treasury process quality check automation. You will analyse solutions in different SEB bank systems to understand Internal Funds Transfer Pricing (IFTP) requirements for various business products. The role will require interaction and collaboration across units within SEB.
As a finance developer you will be responsible for:
- Modelling existing IFTP process in collaboration with tech, business, and finance specialists;
- Analysing current IFTP model gaps and propose solutions for improvement;
- Creating automated test cases (Litech) to improve data quality;
- Owning IFTP related data in data warehouse;
- Providing proposals for improvements and developments, based on stakeholder needs, feedback and insights;
- Communicating with stakeholders to interpret and explain data in reports and data sets.
Who we are looking for We are looking for a person with the following qualities:
- You have more than 2 years of experience in working with large amounts of data in finance or treasury reporting area, assessing its quality and value;
- Understanding of treasury area will be considered as an advantage;
- Excellent analytical skills, ability to conceptualize complex processes;
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail;
- As a person you are engaged, proactive, and have a strong sense of responsibility;
- Cooperation skills in an international team with both business and tech people;
- Educational degree most preferable in finance, economics, mathematics;
- Fluency in English, both spoken and written.
