Job Description

You will be responsible the financial aspects of the company. You will manage the budget, prepare financial reports, and will ensure that all financial matters are handled responsibly and legally.
You must have strong financial skills to apply your experience in the day-to-day job functions. You should be familiar with audits, invoices, and budget preparations. You should demonstrate interest in managing accounting activities, including bank reconciliations, bank safeguarding and treasury, cash management, accounts payable and receivable. You should also have excellent organizational skills and be able to handle time-sensitive tasks.

Job Responsibilities include:

• Be a proactive team member to help with business strategy implementation within finance management function.
  
• Preparation and implementation of the annual budget planning, cash management and deviations control.
  
• Provide strategic and operational economic recommendations to the management and business.
  
• Manage processes, cash flow, treasury, daily safeguarding of the clients’ funds and capital adequacy.
  
• Ensure the company is in line with the internal financial and safeguarding policies, implement necessary improvements.
  
• Organize long-term and short-term financial planning and reporting.
  
• Assist Management with inquiries from the regulator, internal and external auditors by providing information in a timely manner.
  
• Ensure that accurate records are kept with standard practices.

Job Requirements include:

• Degree in Finance, Accounting or Economics.
  
• 3+ Years of experience working in a similar position preferably in a financial institution.
  
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
  
• Experience and knowledge of financial management systems, the structure of finance function and implementation of the finance.
  
• Solid knowledge of financial and accounting procedures.
  
• Advanced MS Excel skills
  
• Analytical and investigative skills.
  
• Punctuality, diligence, and accountability.
  
• Knowledge of financial regulations is considered a plus.
