UAB "Vision Express" company - one of the leading suppliers of optics and hearing goods, optometry services and a member of the OC VISION group managing several retail chains in Lithuania, is currently looking for a data analyst to join the office team.

We are looking for a colleague who:

  • Manage large amounts of financial and operational data, initiate possible automation or efficiency processes;
  • Prepare periodic reports, participate in closing processes of financial periods;
  • Advise managers based on insights based on company performance indicators;
  • Participate in the preparation of the company's annual budget (collection of information from different departments, consolidation), supervision and control of budget execution;
  • Systematize data for strategic development feasibility and implementation.

We expect from you:

  • At least 2 years of similar work experience;
  • Excellent skills in working with Excel, at least 1 year of experience in working with SQL, knowledge of Axaptos would be considered an advantage;
  • Higher education (in the field of finance, economics, informatics, mathematics or statistics);
  • Analytical and critical thinking, ability to summarize large amounts of data and based on information to provide conclusions, suggestions;
  • Good knowledge of English;
  • Quick orientation and organization, responsible attitude, attention to details;
