Job description
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Proactively search for loads on dedicated load board;
- Engaging in negotiations and communications with load brokers;
- Coordinating and communicating effectively with drivers;
- Effectively planning ahead;
- Ability to build relationships with drivers and freight brokers;
- Freight tracking and updates;
- Addressing and resolving daily operational challenges;
- Managing and navigating stress associated with the above tasks.
Requirements
- Minimum of one year of active experience in the USA market is a must;
- Fluent in English (both written and spoken);
- Ability to make quick, effective decisions;
- Remaining composed and effective in high-pressure situations;
- Demonstrating foresight and the ability to plan several steps ahead;
- Ability to think independently and solve issues;
- Competitive and Self-Motivated;
- Very Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills;
- Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks;
- Ability to work in a team when necessary;
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Work Conditions
- Work from the office, remote work IS NOT considered;
- Salary range depends on qualification and experience.
