- Have higher education in Accounting / Economics or similar field;
- Have extensive knowledge of accounting and financial reporting;
- Have positive attitude towards customer interactions;
- Are positive and flexible team player;
- Have good English skills (Norwegian language basics would be an advantage);
- Ability to streamline processes and drive efficiency;
- Problem-solving with creativity and innovation.
