About the role:
You will be a part of Business Development team in Data and Reporting Services that works with Finance, Risk and Procurement processes, projects and system development.

About the role:
You will be a part of Business Development team in Data and Reporting Services that works with Finance, Risk and Procurement processes, projects and system development.
As a Global Process Manager you will be responsible for:
- Leading end to end Data and Reporting Services process improvements including process analysis and design
- Facilitating the creation of standard processes, metrics and process management controls to sustain, adapt, and continuously improve
- Supporting teams in the establishment of baseline metrics and KPIs across cross-functional processes
- Creating a strong process foundation and framework including standard templates for documentation, process landscape and value stream maps
- Carrying out regular maintenance of process templates, documentation and maps and have regular reviews of operations adherence to these standards
- Contributing to leadership and direction of Experts’ community
- Providing training, coaching and mentoring on process design and improvement activities
- Challenging teams to think differently and approach problems in a new way
- Applying change management techniques to drive organizational commitment
- Acting as a champion to bring process-centric thinking and behaviour
- Designing, setting, and executing process workshops (Kaizen, Process Redesign sprints)
To thrive in this role, we believe you have:
- Excellent understanding of financial accounting end to end process
- Process Management experience
- Change and risk management knowledge and experience
- Excellent co-operation and communication skills
- Fluent in English

Monthly salary range for this position: 3800 - 5600 EUR before tax deduction. The final offer will depend on the experience and competencies of the selected candidate. The overall remuneration package consists of the salary together with other benefits.
