What you will do:
●Set up, manage and optimize all Google Ads campaign types of exceptional quality that are focused on conversions & ad set KPIs;
●Proactively provide recommendations and execute strategies for account optimization to ensure new sales generation;
●Manage and troubleshoot any account, setup, and/or tracking issues and maintain all infrastructure needed to have exemplary visibility on all relevant events/triggers, etc.
●Monitor and adjust bids, budgets, and targeting to achieve KPIs
●Stay up to date with relevant industry and channel best practices, trends and developments
●Reporting and ownership of results (turnover/expenses) to management;
●Manage PPC campaigns across platforms like Google Ads, Bing ads and social media.
●Conduct keyword research and optimize campaigns accordingly;
●Write compelling ad copy;
●Monitor and adjust bidding strategies for optimal ROI;
●Effectively manage campaign budgets;
●Analyze campaign performance and provide insights;
●Plan and execute A/B tests for continuous improvement;
●Stay updated with industry trends and best practices;
●Monitor competition ad copy, their ad campaigns, give insights on weekly basis on that.

Requirements:
●3+ years of experience as a Google Ads / PPC Manager to drive user acquisition;
●Have experience with large budgets (20,000 EUR+ a month);
●Ability to create high-converting ads;
●You must be able to work & make decisions independently, have transparent and open communication;
●Excellent knowledge of English language and native Latvian or Lithuanian language speaker;
●Experience with other PPC channels such as Social media, Bing etc.;
●Strong analytical skills for data interpretation;
●Commitment to continuous learning and development.
●Have experience with large budgets (20,000 EUR+ a month);
●Ability to create high-converting ads;
