We are looking for experienced controller to strengthen our Finance analysis and Control unit under the Finance department of FL Technics, UAB (Vilnius).

YOUR TASKS:

• Collaboration: Work closely with finance, accounting, and business units to ensure smooth and accurate period close and reporting processes.
• Financial Statements: Lead the preparation of consolidated financial statements in accordance with International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS).
• Budgeting and Forecasting: Participate in budgeting and forecasting processes.
• Performance Analysis: Conduct control and analysis of FL Technics Group entities' financial and operational performance.
• Continuous Improvement: Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives, perform ad hoc requests, and implement Group policies.
• Project Participation: Take part in the development and implementation of Power BI projects

WHAT YOU SHOULD BRING:

• Analytical Skills: An analytical and data-driven mindset with experience in data management. Proficiency in MS Excel, with the ability to summarize information, raise questions and propose solutions.
• Accounting Knowledge: A solid understanding of financial and managerial accounting processes and principles, including IFRS.
• Experience: At least 5 years of experience in a similar field (audit in BIG4 firms, financial analysis/controlling, financial accounting and reporting), preferably in an international company.
• Communication Skills: Excellent communication and planning skills, with fluency in English.
• Technical Proficiency: Experience with Navision Dynamics/Business Central, BI tools, and databases is an advantage.
