About the Role:
Gurtam Head of Offices will be responsible for overseeing the operations of all Gurtam Offices ensuring alignment with the organization's strategic goals and maintaining high standards of workplace efficiency and employee satisfaction.
Your Team and Collaborations:
- Reporting to: Chief Operations Officer.
- Subordinates: Heads of Office in Vilnius, Tbilisi, Dubai, Virtual, and Mobility Manager.
- Cross-functional collaboration: HR, Brand, Finance, Legal, Procurement, IT infrastructure, and more.
Your Scope of Responsibility:
- Maintaining a safe, comfortable administrative and work environment of all Gurtam Offices with well-established service for daily and strategic business needs
- Oversee day-to-day operations of all Gurtam Offices, ensuring smooth and efficient functioning
- Supervising and coordinating Heads of Office’s work to cover the operational needs of the Gurtam - Offices depending on their development stage
- Overseeing the Offices operations to ensure they meet company policies, procedures, and budgets
- Driving changes in all Gurtam Offices according to the company’s strategy and objectives while ensuring the effectiveness and continuous improvement of the service and managing associated risks and issues
- Implementation or driving the implementation of new administrative processes and functions
- Keeping effective information flow in Offices
- Representing the company at industry events, conferences, and meetings as needed
Requirements:
- Extensive leadership experience as a head or director of a legal entity within multi-location companies.
- Bachelor's degree in Law, Finance or Management.
- Native level of Lithuanian and fluent spoken English. Fluency in Russian is considered as an advantage.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic, and culturally diverse environment.
- Excellent communication, negotiation and public speaking skills.
- Willingness to work 5 days a week onsite from headquarters in Vilnius.
