Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the helpdesk team in Lithuania (13 employees).
- Assign and prioritize helpdesk tasks to ensure efficient workflow.
- Ensure timely and effective resolution of seller inquiries and issues.
- Develop and implement helpdesk procedures and best practices.
- Monitor and analyze helpdesk performance metrics to identify areas for improvement.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Key account, Sales, Seller development, Call Center, Product, and etc.).
- Conduct regular team or one-to-one meetings to review performance, discuss issues and plan for upcoming tasks.
- Train new helpdesk team members and provide ongoing training to existing staff.
Qualifications:
- University degree in business or related field.
- Proven experience in a helpdesk or customer support leadership role, preferably in the e-commerce industry.
- Experience working with B2B clients, preferably on an international level.
- Strong communication & problem-solving skills.
- English – Fluent/Advanced. Russian and other languages knowledge would be an advantage.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities.
- Experience working with Salesforce - would be an advantage.
