Job description
- Greeting customers in a hotel near Kaunas airport;
- Managing check in and check out processes;
- Managing payment for services provided;
- Informing guests about the provided services/service packages, loyalty programs;
- Billing administration (working with the cash register);
- Work with hotel accounting program "Protel";
- Rolling work schedule, Night shift (19:00 - 7:00).
Requirements
- Similar experience;
- Very good knowledge of Lithuanian and English languages. Be able to speak clearly and coherently;
- Positive thinking, politeness, helpfulness;
- Computer literacy.
