Main tasks for the position:
Organising the work of subordinate staff and monitoring the achievement of objectives;
Organising the recruitment and selection of staff, adapting appropriate recruitment and assessment techniques to build a professional team within the company;
Organising the work of third-country nationals in EU countries on a contractual basis;
Improving the adaptation process of employees, assisting managers in the induction of new employees into the working environment;
Cooperation with the company's management, advising on personnel management issues in order to minimise the company's weaknesses and promote the visibility of its strengths in the internal and external environment;
Partnership in shaping the overall company culture and policies, ensuring effective communication;
Assessing employee satisfaction with their work and the environment and making timely decisions to ensure a climate conducive to performance;
Maintaining and improving career planning, appraisal, motivation and loyalty incentive systems in line with the company's strategic objectives and market developments;
Various personnel documents administration, reports for SODRA, VDI, ordering A1, registering in ZOLL;
Approval of documents prepared by the HR department

Education:
Readiness for further education and language training
Business Administration or equal ( Master or Bachelor)
