About the role:

We are seeking a professional and experienced HR Specialist with outstanding people skills to support our HR function on a day to day basis. This includes working with the full recruitment cycle and other HR projects. The ideal candidate should be self motivated and have strong communication skills.

Job description:

  • Coordinate the non-IT recruitment process in Lithuania and abroad including candidate sourcing and attraction, preparation of job ads, setting and conducting interviews;
  • maintain communication with recruitment agencies/partners when needed;
  • administration of the candidate database and related documentation, maintaining reports and trackers;
  • coordinate non-IT onboarding and offboarding processes;
  • assist in organizing company events for employees;
  • develop and maintain close collaboration with the HR Team and employees;
  • assist the HR team with other project support as required.

What we expect:

  • Experience with talent attraction, hiring, and onboarding;
  • Understanding of HR functions and workflow;
  • ability to build and effectively manage relationships;
  • strong interpersonal and organizational skills, open-minded critical and creative thinker, great team player;
  • English language skills, both verbal and written.
