NKT Shared Service Centre in Kaunas is looking for enthusiastic and motivated HR specialist to join NKT Lithuania team. If you are passionate for human resources and thrive in an international environment this role could be for you!
What can you expect from the position
The aim of this role is to take care of the local recruitment process, align business objectives with employees and management in different teams, take care of the internal communication, social responsibility activities and training initiatives. As an HR Specialist, you will be responsible for:
- Full recruitment process – recruiting, selecting, and hiring new colleagues;
- Taking care of Administrative Employee Life Cycle - preparing and maintaining employee records, drafting agreements, following labor law changes;
- Updating HR policies and other documentation;
- Taking part in the on-boarding & off-boarding process;
- Participating in organizing internal and external events;
- Internal HR related communication;
- Organizing internal and external trainings;
- Taking care of positive working environment and culture;
- Working closely with HR manager and taking part in various other HR initiatives.
What do we expect from the candidate?
You are passionate about recruitment, finding and attracting the best talents and have strong communication and social skills, as well as being attentive to details and well organized. In addition to that you:
- Have 2 + years’ experience in HR Specialist role;
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills both in English and Lithuanian;
- Have high-level interpersonal and communication skills in a multicultural environment;
- Are able to work independently;
- General understanding of employment legislation and knowledge of Lithuanian labor law.
