We are seeking an HR Specialist to handle the administrative aspects of the entire employee lifecycle, from onboarding to offboarding and all the tasks in between. Additionally, HR Specialist will be responsible for providing support to Paysera people, as well as contributing to various HR initiatives and projects.

Your key responsibilities:

  • Manage full employee lifecycle documentation from employment contract over amendments to exits;
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and documents within HR internal systems and HRIS;
  • Ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations;
  • Support the onboarding process for new hires, including conducting first-day orientation sessions;
  • Work with HR operations, processes, and HRIS;
  • Be a point of contact for our employees and consult on various HR-related matters as well as HR policies and procedures;
  • Assist with HR reporting and analytics as needed;
  • Contribute to various HR projects and initiatives;
  • Expect to perform routine daily tasks using ChatGPT or a similar tool to enhance efficiency and productivity.

What we're looking for:

  • 1-2 years of experience in an HR administrative or similar role;
  • Strong knowledge of HR policies, procedures, and best practices;
  • Strong organizational and time management skills;
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy;
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills;
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and maintain confidentiality;
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders;
  • Quick learner, always seeking to improve, and able to adapt to a dynamic and fast-paced environment;
  • Fluency in English;
  • Proven familiarity and experience with AI tools like ChatGPT and other technologies, demonstrating a capability to seamlessly integrate these into daily tasks.

Salary

1700-2200 €/mon. gross
