- Prepare and analyze estimates for construction works (SP, S, LVN parts).
- Analysis, summarization of project documentation.
- Searching for the most economically useful technical solutions.
- Analysis, verification and preparation of calculations of the number of magazines in the project documentation.
- Understanding, research and analysis of price levels in the construction market.
Employee requirements
- Higher technical engineering education (advantage - specialization in civil engineering)
- Up to 2 years of successful experience in the field of estimating
- Knowledge of LVN, VN systems, reading drawings (advantage)
- Knowledge of the construction sector, construction processes and technologies
- Ability to read and analyze project-technical documentation
- Ability to creatively solve problems, search for innovative solutions
- Work experience with the estimate calculation program SISTELA (advantage)
- Responsibility, dutifulness, attentiveness, orientation to the result
- Quick orientation, excellent communication and cooperation skills
- Excellent MS Excel knowledge and skills
