Responsibilities:
- Preparation of detailed business analysis and documentation;
- Work with business stakeholders and subject matter experts to capture and document business requirements at a high and detailed level;
- Support the team on day to day basis by clarifying detailed questions about the requirements;
- Establish strong working relationships with working groups to drive the continued development of the ERP systems;
- Ensure IT solutions meet business needs and requirements.
Requirements:
- Experience as IT Business Analyst;
- Effective collaboration skills with the project team;
- Excellent communication skills – both verbal and non-verbal;
- Be able to prepare technical tasks for the engineering team;
- Teamwork and relationship building skills;
- Analytical thinking and problem solving skills;
- Being a data driven decision maker.
