What you will be doing?
You will be a part of a professional team, accountable for global HR and Procurement IT solution development and support. You will be in charge of our Support backlog, communication with other IT and business units, evaluation of incidents priorities and coordination of smooth support work, as well as analyze and present Support KPI’s and insights for improvements. You also will be responsible for monitoring and managing release/deployments in line with our processes and ensure agreed level of quality.
What you will be doing?
You will be a part of a professional team, accountable for global HR and Procurement IT solution development and support. You also will be responsible for monitoring and managing release/deployments in line with our processes and ensure agreed level of quality.
As an IT service coordinator, you will be responsible for:
- Daily review of support backlog, communication to stakeholders and with team;
- Set right priorities and communicate the impact;
- Monitor SLA’s and act on that;
- Collaborate with other teams and vendors to solve complex issues;
- Manage internal knowledge base and ensure it is up to date for other teams participating in support process;
- Release/deployment management activities;
- Work with KPI’ and constantly strive for improvement.
Who we are looking for:
- Interest in ITIL and it’s application in practice;
- Work experience in IT area or technical education;
- Willingness to take ownership for processes;
- High sense of responsibility;
- Are structured and have critical thinking skills;
- Have excellent communication skills and can talk to different business and IT stakeholders;
- Able to manage your time & prioritize;
- Advanced Jira & Confluence user;
- Fluent in English.
