Job description

  • Searching for a new candidates according to the project requirements
  • Incoming and outcoming calls from potential candidates
  • Conduct initial phone screening
  • Schedule calls and interviews
  • Manage calendar for all hiring teams and candidates
  • Evaluation of professional skills and personal characteristics according to the existing evaluation form
  • Reporting

Requirements

  • Experience in Recruitment field at least 1 year
  • Strong willing and motivation to work in HR field
  • Good organizational skills and high attention to detail
  • Strong communications and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to think outside the box and look at new ways of doing things
  • Can do attitude and ability to thrive in a busy atmosphere
  • English Language B2
  • Russian language is an advantage
  • Lithuanian Language C1
