Job description

Marketing manager will develop and oversee marketing campaigns to promote products and services. The role of a marketing executive can encompass creative, analytical, digital, commercial and administrative responsibilities.

Work closely with other employees in areas such as advertising, market research, production, sales and distribution. Ultimately, you will help us build and maintain a strong and consistent brand through a wide range of online and offline marketing channels.

Responsibilities include tracking and analyzing the performance of advertising campaigns, managing the marketing budget and ensuring that all marketing material is in line with our brand identity. Aim to maximize profits through developing sales strategies that match customer requirements and by promoting products, services or ideas.

 Understanding and developing budgets, including expenditures, research and development appropriations, return-on-investment, and profit-loss projections.

Main Tasks:

Creative and have a wide vision. 
Organizing company conferences, trade shows, and all events.
Building brand awareness and positioning.
Manage and follow all marketing team and marketing department needs.
Develop analysis of Customer tracking/branch & products.
Directing, planning, and coordinating marketing efforts.
Researching demand for the organization's products and services.
Evaluating competitors.
Suggest and implement direct marketing methods to increase profitability.
Handling social media, public relations efforts, and content marketing.
Develop a marketing plan (segmentation, target, and positioning).
Maintain customer trade (quality, services, and price) performance vs expectation.
Arrange and support all marketing materials needs.
Conducting research and analyzing data to identify and define medical comunity as  B2B.
Devising and presenting ideas and strategies.
Promotional activities (New Year offer and etc…).
Compiling and distributing financial and statistical information (ASP) and how to develop it according to segmentation.
Develop and create new ideas of branches marketing appearance and image.
Oversee and approve marketing material, from website banners to hard copy brochures and case studies.
Measure and report on the performance of marketing campaigns with all platforms, gain insight and assess against goals.
Supporting sales and lead generation efforts.
Creating promotions with advertising managers.
Monthly report to direct manager.

Requirements

  • Certified accredited marketing diploma by recognized institute it’s a must.
  • Work experience between 5-10 in marketing field, 3 years’ experience at same position within private entity in technology product and services.
  • Bachelor degree or master degree in marketing, business administration,
  • Experience with creating a marketing campaign, marketing strategy, and marketing plan/ budget.
  • Fluent in English language (Written & Spoken), able to present to large audience
  • Action oriented, competitive, develop own talent, drive for result, take responsibility / accountability,
initiative, comfortable with long term gratification, curious / inquisitive, ambitious and courageous.
  • Experience with online marketing, including social media, and content marketing.
  • Ability to work with cross function department and to manage other marketing colleagues
  • Understanding of public relations.
  • Advanced communication skills.
  • Ability to quickly adapt to change.

Salary

Atlyginimas yra sutartinis. Konkretus siūlymas teikimas pagal kandidato turimas kvalifikacijas.
