What will you be doing?

We are looking for an outstanding marketing specialist specialized in digital content management with a track record in creating, implementing, and managing diverse marketing and communications activities, both supply (employer branding, recruitment services) and demand (software products) sides.

In this role, you'll demonstrate hands-on initiative, tangible measurable impact, minutia and excellent time management aligned with our strategic plans and corporate timelines over a variety of tasks including:
  • Manage content management across both supply & demand sides of the value chain
  • Manage supply-side digital marketing, including company web page, social media (blog posts, articles, videos, podcasts, and more), events & experiential marketing, recruitment advertisements, employer databases marketing and employer branding related content with a view to continuously enhance employer branding awareness, visibility and ensure an ongoing pipeline of suitable candidates aligned with our needs and growth plan.
  • Manage demand-side product content in alignment with corporate branding guidelines including product marketing brochures, end-user guides, eLearning courses content (both end-users and implementers), product-related video guides (how-to series), software UI labels/messaging & other content translations in core languages relevant to our target markets worldwide.
  • Manage relationships (CV review/pre-selection, communications, interview coordination, candidate reports, administrative records, GDPR compliance, onboarding processes) with potential candidates and new recruits.
  • Support management team and peers with other tasks relevant to your role as required from time to time.

What will help you succeed?

  • At least 1+ year(s) of marketing experience, with a focus on B2B/ B2G professional products, employer branding / recruitment services, HR management services.
  • A bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field.
  • Experience in employer branding, product marketing or social media.
  • Digital content creation and maintenance.
  • Basic HTML/CSS skills.
  • The ability to measure marketing activities and performance.
  • Outstanding written and oral communication skills in English.
  • Hard worker, fast learner, with have excellent time management skills
  • A sharp eye for detail.
  • Experience in HR field an advantage.
  • Experience in Project Management (Project Controls, Document Control, Completion) desirable.
