Marketing Specialist (Lithuania)

ICONFIT (iconfit.lt) is a leading and fast growth health and sports nutrition manufacturer. Our production is based in Tallinn, Estonia, where we are also the market leader in most of our product categories. Our Sales Manager is based in Kaunas and we are now looking for a great Marketing Specialist to support our Lithuanian market growth.

We have market leading ambition in Lithuania and are already making great progress in retail. You would work with local influencers, arrange marketing cooperations and grow our social media channels. Daily you will cooperate mostly with our Sales Manager in Kaunas and with marketing and sales colleagues in Latvia and Estonia.

You will be an essential part of our marketing team of great video and photo content creators. The content you all create, will be shared with your colleagues from other countries for united marketing activities.

Today, we have ~900 reseller locations (supermarkets, speciality stores, pharmacies etc.) in the Baltics. With our expanded team, we are growing this network to 1000+ locations very soon.

Your main tasks will be:

• Building and managing our Lithuanian social media channels (Facebook, Instagram and possibly TikTok).
  
• Content creation via photoshoots and cooperations. This includes working with Lithuanian social media influencers, athletes, health influencers, actors, singers etc. as we also do in other countries. Also getting additional content and social media visibility through their accounts.
  
• Contributing to e-mail marketing newsletters. Each marketing team member helps to create e-mail content in English and translates all to local languages.
  
• Supporting our Lithuanian Sales Manager with marketing activities in retail channels. This may include supermarket chains, supplement stores, pharmacies, beauty retailers etc.
  
• Contributing to our website (iconfit.lt) product texts and local translations.
  
• Temporarily also our Lithuanian private customer's e-mail and phone inquiry answering until we hire our local sales assistant in a few months, that will take over this part.
  
• Cooperation with some sports and health related events to sponsor them and make our products and advertising materials visible there.

We expect a good candidate to have previous marketing, content creation, photography and/or videography experience. You are open to work remotely and once our Lithuanian team is growing then also open to work partially in an office. You have great photo and/or video skills and are able to create quality content with influencers.
