- Optimize marketing campaigns to maximize lead generation and conversion rates, continuously monitoring performance metrics and making data-driven decisions.
- Create compelling visual and textual content, promotional materials, and messaging that resonate with our target audience.
- Communicate with potential candidates who respond to our ads.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices, continuously seeking innovative ways to improve our marketing efforts.

- Proven experience in performance marketing, with a focus on lead generation and conversion optimization.
- Creative thinker with a passion for staying ahead of industry trends and exploring new marketing channels and techniques.
- Strong analytical skills in using data to inform marketing strategies and measure campaign performance.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively across teams and departments.
- Proficiency in the Russian and English languages (both spoken and written).
