You will not need to use typical support questions like: "have you tried turning on and off your equipment". Beside working with clients, our network engineers work closely with R&D, collaborate with colleagues from other regions, share knowledge and help test and develop our future products.

Responsibilities
- Provide technical support to customers via ticket system, chat, e-mail on technical issues related to Peplink products.
- Simulate network scenarios on a real equipment trying to replicate customer problems.
- Report issues to R&D team and seek for solution.
- Be the first to try new features and functionalities.
Reikalavimai darbuotojui
- 2 years experience in networking and telecommunication system.
- Basics of software and hardware relationship.
- Proficiency in navigating and utilizing the Linux command-line environment.
- Experience with cellular networks.
- Strong command of the English language, both written and verbal.
- Currently pursuing a final year of study or holding a Bachelor's degree in a technical/engineering discipline, or possessing equivalent work experience.
