Office Manager • Telemedic

We are currently inviting Office Manager to join our growing team in Vilnius, Lithuania and support the Teltonika Telemedic team. We design and develop next-generation medical devices, and we also solve current healthcare challenges. We aim to create and deliver smart solutions that are easily accessible to diverse communities, medical professionals and the elderly. We are currently working on a unique smart watch that can detect atrial fibrillation, and we are also developing a professional artificial lung ventilator.

IN THIS ROLE YOU WILL:

• Greet, communicate with, and welcome guests
• Fill in timesheets
• Check, sort, and forward emails
• Work with occupational health and safety procceses, preparing documents
• Manage telephone calls and information flow
• Accept parcels and deliveries
• Monitore stock and order office supplies and troubleshooting emergencies
• Oversee the compliance with company’s policies and security requirements

WE BELIEVE THAT YOU HAVE:

• Native or highly fluent Lithuanian language skills, ability to read, understand and write in technical English
• A go-to person attitude with a proactive and responsible approach
• Care for people and a can-do attitude
• Strong problem-solving skills
• Previous administrative work experience
• Knowledge of occupational health and safety processes
• Fast learner and a self-organised person skills
• The ability to remain positive and focused in a fast-paced environment

Salary:

We appreciate everyone's efforts and experiences, so we offer an attractive salary that will match your skillset and expertise in the field. The salary for this position ranges from 10 Eur/h up to 13 Eur/h (~1680 Eur – 2184 Eur) pre-tax, depending on your experience and expertise.

• In an employment agreement we specify and define a fixed (tariff) hourly salary rate before taxes.
