7bet has built a successful and growing business in Lithuania and is now expanding into new European markets.
As part of this growth, we are establishing Malta as an important hub for our international operations. To support this next stage, we are looking for an Operations Lead who will work closely with the CEO and help establish, coordinate and support our Malta operations from the ground up.
This is a unique opportunity for someone who enjoys building, organizing and making things happen.

About the role

This is a hands-on role for a practical, reliable and proactive professional who is comfortable taking ownership, solving problems and turning plans into reality.
You will not be joining an established local office with predefined structures and processes. Instead, you will help create them.
One day you may be evaluating office locations and coordinating office setup. Another day you may be supporting recruitment efforts, coordinating with external advisors, organizing meetings, following up on key actions or helping ensure that important projects keep moving forward.
This role requires someone who is equally comfortable discussing a plan in the morning and helping execute it in the afternoon.
You will work closely with the CEO and collaborate with teams across multiple countries. Success in this role will come from being organized, resourceful, dependable and willing to step in wherever needed.

Key responsibilities

  • Support the establishment and coordination of the company’s Malta operations;
  • Assist with office setup and local operational infrastructure;
  • Coordinate with external partners, advisors, service providers and authorities when required;
  • Support recruitment activities and onboarding of future team members;
  • Help establish practical local processes and ways of working;
  • Coordinate activities between Malta and international teams;
  • Organize meetings, track progress and follow up on key initiatives;
  • Identify operational challenges and help drive solutions;
  • Support the CEO in the execution of strategic and operational priorities;
  • Act as a trusted local point of contact in Malta as the organization grows.

What we are looking for

  • A hands-on mindset and strong sense of ownership;
  • The ability to work independently and get things done;
  • Excellent organizational and coordination skills;
  • Strong communication and relationship-building abilities;
  • Experience working in an international environment;
  • Comfort operating without detailed instructions or fully established processes;
  • Professional fluency in English;
  • Willingness to relocate to Malta and work from Malta on a long-term basis.

We would particularly like to hear from candidates who have:
  • Helped establish or grow a business, office, team or new market;
  • Worked in entrepreneurial, fast-moving or international environments;
  • Lived or worked abroad;
  • Experience coordinating multiple stakeholders and projects simultaneously;
  • Built processes rather than simply followed existing ones.

Experience in iGaming is welcome but not required.

This role may not be the right fit if

  • You prefer highly structured environments with clearly defined responsibilities;
  • You expect detailed instructions for every task;
  • You are most comfortable managing existing processes rather than helping create new ones;
  • You are looking for a narrowly defined specialist role.

What success looks like

Within your first 12 months, you will have helped establish a fully functioning Malta operation, supported the growth of the local team, implemented key operational processes and become a trusted operational partner to the CEO and the wider organization.
