ORAL CARE PRODUCT CONSULTANT

Job description
In this role You would be responsible for influencing and building long-term partnerships with dental professionals to make Oral-B products an integral part of their practice. Ensuring that Oral-B is actively recommended brand to their patients.
This position acts as a direct interface with dental professionals in an assigned geographic territory of Klaipėda and Šiauliai and its area to build professional partnership via detailing and sampling, to increase professional to patient brand recommendation and meet assigned targets.

Primary Responsibilities

• Regular visits to dental clinics and dental offices
  
• Creating and maintaining customer relationships and managing the visits database
  
• Sharing introductory information and materials to raise the profile of the brand and products
  
• Implement activities to and increase brand awareness and ensure product availability in the clinics
  
• Attend major dental conferences and networking with professional associations

Requirements for candidates

• At least 1 year experience in product consultant, sales, client support or similar role
  
• Well-developed oral and written communication skills are essential
  
• Pro-activeness, initiative and target oriented mindset
  
• Desire to communicate actively, show passion
  
• Conscientiousness, representativeness and correctness
  
• Excellent skills in building customer relationships, problem solving, time management
  
• Oral Care category knowledge; medical education or work experience is an advantage
  
• Knowledge of computers and programs (Excel, Word, Power Point)
  
• Valid B-category drivers license and driving experience
  
• Good langauge skills in Lithuanian and English
  
• The main work areas are regions of Klaipėda and Šiauliai
